Run 2 of 5 for the week. Feeling slightly stringer today so pushed for a 5km. Treadmill and watch stats are pretty different, but I take it the distance is more accurate on the treadmill and calories more accurate on watch.

That's a great effort!
I wouldn't worry too much about the accuracy of calories, there are so many variables involved that its impossible to get a truly accurate number. The more important thing is to move more, so I wish you luck with running 5 times a week, you are certainly committed!
