Another work home day: January 21 2025

오늘도 재택근무를 하는 하루였습니다. 하루 종일 앉아서 일을 하다보니 조금은 건조하게 하루가 지나갔네요. 덕분에 낮시간 걸음수가 거의 없다시피 하여 저녁에 늦게 1만보를 채우느라 트레드밀에서 1시간 가까이 빨리걷기로 열심히 걸었습니다. 덕분에 4일연속 Strike!
정말 하기 귀찮고 싫었지만,일단 하고나니 무거웠던 몸이 개운 해졌습니다.익숙하지 않은 일을 습관화하는 것이 최소 2주는 걸린다고 한다고하니... 우선 2주 strike를 목표로 꾸준히 해보여고 합니다.
그러나 저러나, 하루 100개씩하는 맨몸 스쿼트도 우리몸에 무척 좋다고 하니 이것도 습관을 들여봐야겠습니다.
