My Actifit Report Card: February 20 2023

I went out for my usual morning workouts though chose to walk today and reminisce over things, rejuvenate my being and feel more alive. Mission accomplished:)

Walked around the neighbourhood where the road was already so busy and activities had began in earnest. Usually, I prefer working out very early in the morning when the world was asleep and the roads less noisy. O well, lets pin that up for tomorrow then.
