Ange Postecoglou expects Destiny Udogie to be available for our trip to Brighton in the Premier League on Sunday (4.30pm UK) - although he says Heung-Min Son's involvement is 'unlikely'.

Son Heung-min has been ruled out of the next two Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup North and Central America in October after suffering a thigh injury.

“Son Heung-min is deemed to need rest due to a left thigh injury, and it has been decided to exclude him from the October national team call-up to protect the player,” the Korea Football Association announced on Thursday.

Son Heung-min will miss his third consecutive game after being ruled out of the seventh round clash with Brighton on Sunday.

We wish Son Heung-min a speedy recovery from his thigh injury.
