El día de hoy alrededor de las 9a.m visitamos nuevamente el gym de Crossfit, debíamos tomar y grabar para adelantar el video promocional de la competencia de resistencia que se realizará el 14 de diciembre.

En la tarde entrenamos como de costumbre, no me sentí al 100%. Puede ser porque desde temprano estuve haciendo algo de ejercicio para el video promocional, pero lo kmportante es que entrené. En la noche nos reunimos algunos amigos para pasarla bien y jugamos fifa un rato. 😁

Today around 9 a.m. we visited the Crossfit gym again, we had to take and record to advance the promotional video of the endurance competition to be held on December 14.
