My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2022

A chilly day greeted us this morning as Winter is starting to settle in to this part of AZ. Of course Lulu doesn't mind the chilly temperatures and was happy to be out for a nice 2 miles walk this morning.

Of course today was a stop and sniff walk for the most part as it seemed every rock and plant had to be explored. Slow stroll but still good exercise for Lulu and relaxed for me.
A little bit later run for me but not too shabby.

My legs were feeling more tired and stiff when I started out for a couple of flat miles followed by some dirt road miles before wrapping it up. It would have been nice to have been down at the Fat Ox 24 but my training has really been up and down recently and I'm just hoping that I can put it back on track this month and get in a few ultra miles at the Across the Years (but not really expecting much at this point).
