My Actifit Report Card: January 31 2022

It's a new week and the last day of January 2022 and time to post my Actifit report for today.

At least the morning wasn't too chilly and the sun and lots of birds brightened things up for the start of my walk. My neck wasn't too bad and my legs felt great and I was off at a quick pace out the door. It looks like rain will usher in the new month so it was nice to finish January on a positive note.
I started out on the flat back roads but headed up onto a bit of quiet trail near where they are building a bunch of beautiful new homes. The new trail section is relatively flat and not too many rocks to worry about tripping over so I could enjoy the views above our home base and put in some quality miles.

I hadn't planned on doing much else today as I wanted to go through the gravel out of Copper Basin Wash to look for gold as well as start planning our trip back east in a couple of months.
Tomorrow is up in the air right now but I'd like to go hiking and digging in the morning as we'll try to drive out to Quartzsite again on Wednesday.
