Hahaha...I'm not sure either party would enjoy that (well some of both would) much. Maybe put the yoga studio over the restaurant/cafe? Of course, the restaurant could be clothing-optional too...lol! It would certainly be rather unique! It's gonna be poppin'! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

😂 the more we talk about this the more real it gets and I really think it will work. Restaurant downstairs and yoga area on top sounds amazing to be honest
