Hahaha...I'm not sure either party would enjoy that (well some of both would) much. Maybe put the yoga studio over the restaurant/cafe? Of course, the restaurant could be clothing-optional too...lol! It would certainly be rather unique! It's gonna be poppin'! šŸ˜ šŸ™ šŸ’š āœØ šŸ¤™
