Have you ever checked your body fat? I'm curious if you are over 10%. By how much you run I guess you shouldn't.

I used to control it in the past, in particular when I was preparing marathon... I don't remember exactly the value but it was around 15% then

that's kind of ideal for health and also not to become obsessed with it and be too harsh on yourself with dieting.

😂 I really miss the time when I was "obsessed" controlling each calory, marathon is a hard race but I enjoyed it so much

I don't count calories. Probably that's why the progress is slow.

My city is no that much safe to go walking, maybe in car or in a bike when you have to go somewhere
