My Actifit Report Card: March 12 2022
Another Saturday, another parkrunday. I’ve used different juggling balls this week and last, and there is a definite difference in difficulty when it comes to running with them.
Instead of the orange semisolid ones I usually have, I’ve opted for blue and yellow ‘thuds’ which are some kind of elastic material filled with seeds. They are about the same weight, and slightly smaller, so I expected them to be easier if anything.
Nope 👎
I dropped more often than I ever have before (except that one time at Erris Parkrun -the most westerly Parkrun in Europe- but that was running in an Atlantic gale, so that doesn’t count 😂🙈).
Spent a good chunk of the afternoon putting together a rowing machine, so it’ll be fun to test that out tomorrow.

Do u use the 5km runner or running challanges free app. U add your Barcode and all the challanges pop up with your progress.
Ha you need more !LOL s, I can now give 6 per day now it should not take long to get you to the minium 16 in your wallet so the bot command will work for you. !LUV bot has gone dark but u should still get the token, can't remember minimum get get it to work might be 10 or 20. !hivebits
