Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, hice uso de mi equipo de entrenamiento casero que está hecho de madera, como lo son una barra mediana y un par de mini barras. Realizando con la barra mediana los ejercicios de Jale y con las mini barras realicé los ejercicios de Empuje.
Para reforzar mi fuerza de Jale y fortalecer el movimiento del Front Lever, realicé Pull Ups de Front Lever y aguantes de Touch.
En el caso del Empuje, para fortalecer y mejorar mi fuerza, realicé algunas prácticas de un intento de Straddle supina y Half Straddle en la barra mediana y en las mini barras, poco a poco iré perfeccionando y ganando más resistencia. Posteriormente, realicé aguantes de Frog Planche y Tuck Planche, las cuales acompañé con aguantes de Lean Planche y flexiones de Lean Planche.
De este modo, dando por concluida mi rutina de entrenamiento de Calistenia realizada en el día de hoy en mi hogar. Sé que voy a seguir mejorando y perfeccionando estos movimientos y en algún momento podré trascender mi fuerza, por ahora me siento satisfecho con mis avances y seguiré con enorme disciplina y dedicación a mis ejercicios.
As you can see in my photos, I used my home workout equipment, which is made of wood, including a medium bar and a pair of mini bars. I performed the pulling exercises with the medium bar and the pushing exercises with the mini bars.
To reinforce my pulling strength and strengthen my front lever movement, I performed front lever pull-ups and touch holds.
For pushing, to strengthen and improve my strength, I practiced a few supine straddles and half straddles on the medium bar and the mini bars. Little by little, I'll perfect them and gain more endurance. Afterward, I performed Frog Planche and Tuck Planche holds, which I accompanied with Lean Planche holds and Lean Planche push-ups.
Thus, I conclude my calisthenics workout routine that I did today at home. I know I'll continue improving and perfecting these movements and at some point I'll be able to transcend my strength. For now, I'm satisfied with my progress and will continue with enormous discipline and dedication to my exercises.
