Como pueden observar en mis fotos, realicé movimientos de Calistenia que abarcan dos fuerzas, la fuerza de Empuje y la fuerza de Jale.
En el caso de la fuerza de Jale, realicé movimientos y variantes del Front Lever, entre los cuales puedo destacar el Touch, las Pull Ups de Front Lever, las Pull Ups to Touch y los aguantes de Front Lever, ya tengo algunas semanas entrenando muy bien estos movimientos y puedo decir con mucha emoción que estoy ganando buen dominio y fuerza en estos movimientos del Front Lever.
En el caso de la fuerza de Empuje, se me complica mucho más, ya que mi enfoque a esta fuerza, apenas comencé a inicios de este año, por ende, aún me falta ganar mucha más fuerza, resistencia y control, además de entender y adaptarme a los movimientos de la Planche. Sin embargo, he estado practicando lo que es la Straddle Planche supina, a pesar de que me falta bastante para lograr este movimiento de manera correcta, seguiré entrenando progresiones menores y seguiré practicando de manera disciplinada para lograr prontamente este movimiento de la Planche.
Puedo decir que mi actividad física fue muy buena, ya que entrené dos tipos de fuerzas y lo mejor que lo pude hacer en la comodidad de mi hogar, espero seguir progresando y sé que próximamente estaré desarrollando mi fuerza.
As you can see in my photos, I did Calisthenics movements that cover two forces, the Push force and the Pull force.
In the case of the Pull force, I did Front Lever movements and variants, among which I can highlight the Touch, the Front Lever Pull Ups, the Pull Ups to Touch and the Front Lever holds. I have been training these movements very well for a few weeks now and I can say with great excitement that I am gaining good control and strength in these Front Lever movements.
In the case of the Push strength, it is much more complicated for me, since my focus on this strength, I just started at the beginning of this year, therefore, I still need to gain much more strength, resistance and control, in addition to understanding and adapting to the movements of the Planche. However, I have been practicing what is the Supine Straddle Planche, even though I still have a long way to go to achieve this movement correctly, I will continue training minor progressions and I will continue practicing in a disciplined way to soon achieve this Planche movement.
I can say that my physical activity was very good, since I trained two types of forces and the best thing was that I was able to do it in the comfort of my home, I hope to continue progressing and I know that soon I will be developing my strength.
