Ya di inicio a mi nuevo método de entrenamiento y este viene acompañado de nuevos tipos de ejercicios para ganar fuerza. En los ejercicios de Empuje, ya estoy empezando a realizar negativas de Planche, sin embargo, como aún no tengo buen control del Handstand, no soy capaz de realizar negativas desde esa posición, pero es algo que voy a mejorar para trascender mis ejercicios. En los ejercicios de Jale, implementé el lastre con liga en el caso de las Pull Ups, debido a que ya tengo buena cantidad de repeticiones y para solidificar esa fuerza, el mejor método es hacer los ejercicios con lastre o peso extra.
De este modo, puedo decir que mi nuevo método de entrenamiento me dará resultados geniales y es algo que me llena de mucho entusiasmo. Tengo varios objetivos en mente, una proyección que tiene un plazo de máximo 2 meses, es decir, de aquí hasta que acabe abril, tengo grandes objetivos por alcanzar y sé que los voy a lograr de manera exitosa.
Mis ejercicios se los explicaré más detalladamente en una próxima publicación, además de comentarle los grandes beneficios y como me va a ayudar de muchas maneras.
I have already started my new training method and it comes with new types of exercises to gain strength. In the Push exercises, I am already starting to do Planche negatives, however, as I still do not have good control of the Handstand, I am not able to do negatives from that position, but it is something that I am going to improve to transcend my exercises. In the Pull exercises, I implemented the ballast with a band in the case of the Pull Ups, because I already have a good number of repetitions and to solidify that strength, the best method is to do the exercises with ballast or extra weight.
Thus, I can say that my new training method will give me great results and it is something that fills me with great enthusiasm. I have several goals in mind, a projection that has a maximum period of 2 months, that is, from now until the end of April, I have big goals to achieve and I know that I will achieve them successfully.
I will explain my exercises in more detail in a future post, in addition to telling you about the great benefits and how it will help me in many ways.
