... But just a regular training day. At least... A check how recovery would be after running half a marathon at low heart rate yesterday...
Even though the first kilometers I could run with Xisco and I should have been able to run smoother already, it was quite an effort to complete the 10k I wanted to run.
Let's see what that is going to give tomorrow at ladder run training when higher pace is involved...
