Longer run: March 23 2025
I wouldn't call this a long run because I've limited it to a bit over 15 km, but it's again about 2 kilometers more than the 13,5km which I've been running till now and more importantly I can call this a loaded week with nearly 60km (+30km cycling and 1250m swimming)
Next week will be probably less, but I'll try it not to be too much less, do that I could do two full load weeks...
Time for a game tonight

Training, as long as it's consistent, I think it works, unless you're doing it for competition.
There are days of days, so when you can do it in smaller amounts, it's not bad, as long as you don't stop completely.
Absolutely true, It ONLY works when it's consistent and the load everyone should adjust to his/her fitness, capabilities and goals. !INDEED !LOLZ
