Ready for Ourense: March 14 2025

No competitions for me this weekend. Not that there aren't because there's the IB 10000m track championships and the IB duathlon championships but I chose to accompany my daughter to Ourense for the Spanish championships "short track" where she'll compete in the 600m on Saturday.
