Laser run training: March 4 2025

Laser run training but still with a sore heel. Running slow, shooting bad. I think it's time for a recovery break. Tomorrow one more training and than it's Thursday so I won't do any sports, on Friday I'll be traveling to Barcelona. Saturday is fencing competition and trying the obstacles and it'll take till Sunday before I'll run again (laser run). A similar week I'll have the week after and in the weekend I'll likely won't do anything since I'll accompany my daughter to the Spanish championships.
