Day off = #cycling opportunity!: February 10 2025

I took the day off to recover from the weekend and guess what?! It was a splendid day with almost no wind around noon, so I took my bike for some #cycling.

About 30km in a bit over an hour was more than enough for the first time in a long time again and I guess it'll take some time till the weather will be good enough and there's enough daylight to go after work again, but I'm happy I didn't miss this moment. Afterwards I went for a recovery run of 1h, so I started well in the new week...

I don't have a mountain bike... I find it kind of dangerous and too risky to get injured by falling.... !INDEED !LOLZ

in the end there is no rest day.
