Recovery run: January 20 2025

It feels like the end of the season when I'm more tired from shorter distances at the same or lower pace lol....

Today, more than a recovery run would not have been possible and I was more than happy that I could do it with some unexpected friends.

3km with Hailey, who competed with us in Ibiza yesterday, and 9km with Joaquín who competed with me in the 1500m on Saturday
