Recovering during social run: January 13 2025

A lot of people are ill nowadays... Despite of falling during a 27k competition in the mountains my friend Rafa came for a "social training" hahaha for both a bit recovery after yesterday's competition (for me only 9km cross though...) was more than welcome.

And the great steak we ate yesterday certainly deserved a picture as well... Lol
