Another double cross country: December 22 2024

Third cross country from the Txallenge and 4th in total and even with falling in the first race today again I've ran the double!

This time it were 5k at 3'57"/km and 9km at 4'10"/km right after that on a challenging circuit and especially in the second race, a wie strong wind. The pace was probably a bit higher as I believe the GPS didn't reach every corner of this potatoe field...

Another 9th place for my son and my daughter didn't get further than a third place today after her full program from the last days in Barcelona...
