I couldn't resist the splendid weather to go for a ride. #cycling with some other people both in the beginning and towards the end of the 31 usual kilometers made possible an average of 30km/h but includes the risk that I won't go at the desired pace at my longer run tomorrow...

Let's see where this accumulation will bring me...
