Ride with VAS #cycling boutique: September 17 2024

It looked very much like rain today and we got a bit over us - fortunately not too much, but I succeeded to do the only #cycling training for this week doing this social ride.

At certain moments I increased the pace a bit so all in all a well spent hour and 33km.

Afterwards I picked up some fish at my friend's and made this dish
