No post yesterday because the actifit app did not seem to have counted my steps.
Saturday was my first day in Belgium. The three of us participated but all of us under the expectations. Mathias was worth the youngest in his category. The difference between 9 and 12 years old is too big...
With Claudia I've chosen the wrong tactics because we thought the fast girls who we could not follow would be in the 4km race (together with the 10km race but afterwards there would be the Belgian championships 10km so the good ones would be there, right?) Wrong... All 10km runners in front of us and being too fast in the beginning we blew up the engine.
I wanted to run under 39' but clocked 39'13"...
