Swimming and running: July 23 2024

No steps because actifit hasn't been counting yesterday... On Monday we've been running the Mile from Manacor. Claudia won her category, Mathias 4th and disappointed to get this close to the podium and I made a good 5'27" register starting not very fast and passing participants along the race.

Today it was time for some kilometers but because Claudia wanted to see her trainer, we swapped the sequence and went swimming first and running afterwards.

This time 11km for me and 10* 200m with obstacle and hurdle for Claudia.
