Bank Holiday and training at the University cross grounds: November 1 2023

Bank Holidays are the perfect excuse not to train or not to lead a training... Not for me so I needed to look for an alternative to motivate the children to train anyway. For me a bank holiday in winter time is a blessing cause that means training in the sun and daylight instead of the cold and the dark. I asked a friend to come and bring his son, so my son was a bit more motivated as well and my daughter's Trainer one asked to send her a training to accomplish since she wouldn't accept one of mine, which are generally a lot softer than what he has sent her LOL
