My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2022

Today was my last day working in home office, and also the last possibility to train in the sun (day time) till the days are getting longer again... I wanted to do some kilometers since this week were all short distances, but because of the intensity of yesterday (even without good results), I considered it woukd be better not to go too fast. With my daughter biking next to me I caught a comfortable 4'55"/km rhythm and maintained this for 12km. Let's see how the recuperation will be. Tomorrow will be a rest day and on Sunday morning the first cross country competition of the year is waiting...
I didn't stop to make pictures but will leave one from Google to give an idea of the scenery I've been running in today
