Morning Run: Bearing up
steevc just finished a 7.51km run, that lasted for 47 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 572.0 calories.
Description from Strava:
My legs were not too bad after my long Sunday run. Today was just a jog to keep things ticking over. It has been raining again, but it was not too bad out there. I like it to be cooler.
I saw quite a few runners on my way to Fairfield. One guy was zooming along and I was not going to catch him. I just took it steady. The hip ache is still there, but I am seeing the physio again today. I think it is improving, but it is taking a long time.
My podcast listening was mostly one talking to some guys from Netflix about how they use the Python programming language. They have some big challenges.
On the way back I met a friend who had taken his kids to school. We had a chat about running before I headed home for some breakfast. I am working from home today and that works out nicely to allow me to run in the morning. If I am in the office there is no time for it.
Run free and stay well.

A daily routine that makes a person stronger from within depends on how many years you have been doing it.
Awesome @steevc that is a great run and time here! Sure have to build up to get the the 7-10km range. I used to run 5km regularly and 10k a few times, was always more into biking :) hope all is well - cheers!:)
I think I do okay for an old guy. Just trying to get over this hip tendon issue, but the physio thinks I'm nearly there.
