steevc just finished a 6.94km run, that lasted for 44 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 553.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
I have to confess it has been two weeks since my last run. I have had a cold plus the weather has been pretty bad. The local parkrun was cancelled last week and again this week due to flooding. I am still not fully recovered, but felt I should get out there.

It was not raining this morning, but things are wet out there. I did the usual route around Fairfield. It is very grey and autumnal now with leaves everywhere. Other people were around running and walking their dogs. I also saw a squirrel.

The running was not too bad, but then I took it easy. I seem to maintain a certain level of fitness, but want to improve. I need to keep it going through the winter, but I usually manage that.

I picked some more raspberries for breakfast. It has been a good crop this year and they are still coming. When it is finished I will chop it all back to get some fresh growth next year. Some of our other berries have died, so I may look at getting more.

I did a little power up on Hive for HPUD yesterday. I did not buy any this month, but will do so again if the price stays low.

Run free and Hive five!

I've been slowly easing back into things after the whole Covid thing. It has been tough as I get tired pretty easily and run out of breath quicker. I'm hoping to maybe try a bit of jogging tomorrow for the first time.

You have to go with what your body can handle. I'm not 100%, but it went fairly well.

Yeah, I have been going slowly. I still have a bit of issue with my shoulder, so I need to keep an eye on that. I'm just glad my knee is better now.

Cheers. I need to get back into it. It's been great getting the fresh fruit from the garden.

7km is a good distance! I remember a few years ago I used to run around 9km daily, and it did me a lot of good. I need to start running again, I miss it.

I've never managed to keep up running every day, but I would like to get out a few times each week. I enjoy that time outside as I have a desk job.

A few times a week is enough, and it's good because it gives time for some raspberries to grow back for harvesting!

The raspberries must’ve been a good fuel😄🙌🏻. Keep it up but go easy! 7 km is an amazing distance!

Those were for after the run. I have breakfast when I get home. I've been running for years, so this is a fairly easy run for me. You have to build up to it.

That’s so cool! No better feeling than picking up fresh fruit in nature. The biggest blessing 🙌🏻😄

I tend to do longer distances at the weekend. This is far enough on a work day.
