RE: Neutral quest in DIamond III - What is the best strategy for making this quest?

Congratulations on making it from Gold league to Diamond league -- that's awesome! Those Neutral Quests are funny. Sometimes it's easy due to Neutral Splinter not being allowed, other times Neutral Splinter could be really helpful in certain battles.
