Neutral quest in DIamond III - What is the best strategy for making this quest?

This time I got neutral quest from game and I think this can be really fast quest or really painful quest. It depends, how badly do you want make this quest, because playing without neutral monsters, when it is needed really can be not worth it. So when play without neutral monsters then? The best answer is, when neutral monsters are banned or when we not need them to win match. When the mana cap is exactly what we want to play. Of course you will need to wait until you will have good matchup to play like that, but trust me, you don't want grind after your lose streak dude. :D

This is one of my old quest, that's why my rank in much lower than in previous quest, but don't worry. I want show you that after making this quest I advanced from Gold to Diamond.
