My Actifit Report Card: November 25 2023
You may notice that I am quite lazy with my posting lately. I am however not that lazy, when it comes to being active.
My wife and I took part in a Mountain Bike (MTB) race today. She did a 10km, and I did 53km.
Some time ago, I mentioned that I did buy a smart watch, with build in GPS. These watches is quite amazing and records some very nice info.
You can see the route, time, heart rate, as well as speed info
It also show in what training zone you were, based on heart rate.
We enjoyed the event a lot, as it was in a rural area, far away from the city.
