My Actifit Report Card: October 26 2023

Today after work, I went to the gym, for a spinning class, where we did some HIIT training.I burnt 628 calories and rode an equivilant of 29km on the spinning bike.

I bought myself a smart watch that also monitors my heart rate, indicating in what zone I was training. (The training sesion was 45 minutes long, but I forgot to stop the session on the watch)

I love the watch.

You have done very well because watch is most important for us, we will keep you updated on every detail. Because this thing is very important in life, your heart will keep working with the watch. It is a very long journey of 29 kilometers in which you must have learned something new.
