My Actifit Report Card: September 10 2023

Yesterday I achieved 32000 steps by doing nothing!! You might wonder how that happened?

As you may know from yesterday's post, I was in the bundu's mountain biking. Unfortunately, my car broke down while there. I had it taken home on a flat bed truck, and my wife and I also rode home in the truck. We had to drive on a very badly corrugated gravel road, for about 25km of the trip.

My actifit app, which is always on, counted all this shaking as steps!!

This is an easy way of getting steps. We arrived home safely, and my car is in for repairs, hopefully I will have it back soon.

I know this, we were at the amusement park last year on a wooden roller coaster. Every lap counted a lot of steps.

Shaking up the mileage sounds about right with some watches/contraptions that count steps. Sounds like an entertaining ride on bad roads, sorry the vehicle decided it was not going home with you!
