My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2023

This morning 2 of my friends and I went for a quick morning Mountain Bike Ride. As all of us had some family comitments, we started early and kept the ride short.

We did 31 km at an average speed of 20 km/h, with a total elevation gain of 356 meter.

I loved the quick ride and felt great for the rest of the day.

We went for Sunday lunch at my parents house, my brother and sister also came, thus we had a full house, which we all enjoyed a lot.
