My Actifit Report Card: July 15 2023

Lately, I was quite lazy to write posts. Activity wise, I however was quite active lately.

I started mountain bike riding, and did a 43km ride today. As we were riding off road, the bicycle was shaking quite a lot and my phone recorded the shaking as steps. I thus did not do all the steps as recorded, but did some distance on the bicycle.

I rewarded myself with a nice beer after the ride.

Ja dit is maklik om te verstaan, ek kan Nederlands ook begryp. (Ons spel die woorde 'n bietjie anders en van die woorde verskil ook, maar, 'n mens kan mekaar wel verstaan.)
