Been getting very familiar with this sight over the past few months. It's been a lot easier lately with the cooler temperature and less humidity around. Back again for some long intervals.
This week it's 4 x 14 minutes at about 4.40 pace with a three minute break in between. This also includes a nice cool down walk at the end as well.
