Description from Strava: It has been a rainy week, so a lot of training has been indoors, and this morning was perfect to stay in side. I did try to match what was going to happen at the run group this morning but did it on the treadmill.

  • 3 minutes effort

  • 2.30 minutes effort

  • 2 minutes effort

  • 90 seconds effort

  • 60 seconds effort
    Finisher 8 x 30 seconds effort, 30 seconds rest
    Really happy with my run as I have been struggling a little with my interval runs lately...but I have been doing a lot of racing as well.

It's not rained much here in ages so I can make the most of being outside. I used to have a cross-trainer at home, but got rid of it. Enjoy your runs.
