People's Tri - Race 2 Bike
run.vince.run just finished a 41.67km ride, that lasted for 72 minutes.
This ride helped run.vince.run burn 600.0 calories.
Description from Strava: A bit of a windy bike leg. This race is flat and fast and usually has some big packs form. With the choppy swim, it really broke up the field and even though there were a lot more people than normal, the big packs didn't form.
It let me just pace and not have to worry about anyone else and it was a lot better than the race I did three weeks ago. Really have with that, and now onto the run.
