Description from Strava: Ash sits with the door open on a rainy morning waiting for the rain to stop. I headed downstairs to the treadmill with:

  • 10 minutes warm up

  • 2 x (5 minutes body weight exercises and plyometrics
    20 minutes incline run)

  • Clean up all the sweat on the ground and treadmill
