Afternoon Treadmill Run

run.vince.run just finished a 6.34km run, that lasted for 32 minutes.
This run helped run.vince.run burn 368.0 calories.


Description from Strava: It's been a busy day with swim squad early in the morning, then over to the junior development training session for the tri club...today they were in and out fo the pool and using their indoor trainers at the side of the pool for some extra spice for a two hour training session.
it was then over the bridge for Kirsty to have a swim stroke correction session with a coach. It was pretty cool to watch and I was actually able to do a bit of reading while I was there as well.
By the time we got home it was time to get my training done. I jumped on the treadmill for a 3 x 10 minute build run, then a quick bike session after that.
