It's been a while. I've been struggling to get up for the Friday morning Interval Run with the O'Hagan run crew. Glad to make it back and hopefully it will mean I'll be back in the coming weeks. This week's session,

  • 2.5km warm up

  • main set, 2 x 1200m, 3 x 800m, 2 x 400m

  • 2km cool down
