Description from Strava: O'Hagans run. 2k warm up, then 1500m followed by 2 x 600m with recovery in-between. Then we repeated the set and finished off with a 1k cool down. Tried not to go too hard a week out from ironman. I also put my neck out last night so can't really move my head 😂
