Z piątkowego meczu wróciliśmy przed północą.

Budzik zadzwonił o 5tej rano, więc snu było niewiele.

O 7mej byłem w Czechowicach.

Najpierw regeneracja w namiocie tlenowym, a później fizjoterapia.



Z Czechowic pojechałem do AQUA Fitness Bielsko na pomiary i truchcik na bieżni.



Z pomiarów jestem zadowolony, a więcej szczegółów w tym temacie pojawi się w tygodniowym podsumowaniu.

Po pomiarach wykonałem zaplanowany przez wujka Garmina bieg regeneracyjny na bieżni.



I na tym mógłbym zakończyć ten post, ale regeneracja to nie tylko odpoczynek fizyczny, ale i psychiczny/mentalny.

W tym temacie udałem się rodzinnie na wieczorny koncert Zakopower.



Nie jestem mega fanem tego zespołu, ale bilety wpadły za darmo, a koncert wyszedł bardzo fajnie, więc same plusy.
