Koszmar 🤪😵‍💫..

Mogę biegać krótkie szybkie strzały, ale gdy przychodzi moment na taki trening, jak ten powyżej, to pojawiają się duuuże problemy....

Dla mnie, utrzymać dłuższy czas tempo w okolicach 4.25/km, to już ogromny wysiłek.

Patrząc na kolejny tydzień widzę, że wujek Garmin przygotował więcej takich atrakcji...

Wiem, że praca nad prędkością jest równie potrzebna, jak praca nad tlenem, ale zdecydowanie bardziej wolę spokojne truchtanie bazowe 🤗

Cóż.... trzeba będzie trochę pocierpieć 🤪🤣😵‍💫🤢
