Aqua Fitness - pomiary, bieżnia, i siłownia ⚡🏃💪: January 26 2025

Pomiary miały być w sobotę, ale miałem robotę od samego rana, więc temat został przeniesiony na dzień następny 🤗

Po zwiększeniu ilości białka w diecie monitoruję wagę na bieżąco, i wiedziałem, że wynik w kilogramach będzie dobry 😁

Nie wiedziałem jedynie, czy spadek wagi spowodowany jest utratą tłuszczu, mięśni, czy jednego i drugiego.

O tym co pokazała waga w Aqua Fitness Bielsko dowiecie się w podsumowaniu tygodniowym, które ukaże się zapewne we wtorek 😎, a teraz screenów kilka o niedzielnych aktywnościach.



Do południa robota zrobiona na siłowni, a po południu wybrałem się jeszcze na krótki spacer do sklepu.
