Mega sportowo gruby dzień 🚴🏃👍🚴



Pierwsza akcja - rozgrzewkowa 😆 - to dojazd rowerem na siłownię do Bielska.



Po dojeździe na siłownię do AQUA Fitness Bielsko zaplanowałem sobie krótką rozgrzewkę 🏃, i konkretny trening siłowy 💪



Po siłowni wypiłem najlepsze białko na świecie - smak cappuccino 🤤

Następnie skoczyłem do Marcina na kawę, i krótkie pogaduchy o bieganiu, po czym ruszyłem w drogę powrotną do domu 🚴😎



Dotarłem do domu przed 21szą, mega zmęczony, ale wielce zadowolony z tej wielogodzinnej różnorakiej aktywności 🚴🏃💪🚴

Zobaczymy jak to się przeniesie na rywalizację w Actifit.
