Day 7 Poliac League Actifit - Siodło #3 2023 w deszczu 🏃⛈️: June 7 2023
Jeden dzień odpoczynku wystarczył, bym nabrał sił na kolejne dni rywalizacji.
Przygotowuję się do kolejnych zawodów, więc najbliższe 2 tygodnie zamierzam mocno trenować w górach.
Wybrałem się na jedną z moich ulubionych tras - na Siodło.
Na starcie biegu nie padało.
Gdy dobiegałem do szczytu pojawiły się pierwsze krople deszczu.
Zdążyłem się schować w szałasie idealnie przed pierwszą mocną falą opadów.
Burze w górach mają to do siebie, że szybko przychodzą, i szybko znikają.
Po kilkunastu minutach zaczęło się przejaśniać, więc postanowiłem ruszyć w dalszą drogę, w stronę domu.
Biegło mi się na tyle dobrze, że ustanowiłem nowy Personal Best na podbiegu, a będąc już na dole, ostatnie dwa kilometry pobiegłem w tempie około 4.30, co jest sygnałem, że "robota treningowa" zaczyna przynosić rezultaty.
