My Actifit Report Card: June 20 2024
It was a rainy day today, so I decided to just do some skipping with rope this morning. I woke up motivated know that tomorrow is Friday. It was not a surprise that rain will fall as it was very glaring and the weather forecast has already proven that. As soon as I woke up I knew I was not going for an outdoor exercise. Lo and behold the rain started. After my skipping I settled for a cup of coffee and worked from home afterwards
